Fair Shake Environmental

Fair Shake aims to improve access to environmental justice in the underserved Appalachian Basin. We provide reduced-fee and pro bono direct legal services to modest means clients. We teach educational seminars in at-risk communities. In addition, Fair Shake is the nation's first environmental legal services incubator, training young lawyers in our two-year residency program.

Our practice is diverse within the fields of environmental law, animal law, agricultural law, land use law, and energy law.
