Karly Christine is from Sarasota, Florida. After graduating from Sarasota High School, she attended the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude with her degree in Business Administration.
After earning her business degree, she attended law school at Stetson University College of Law where she was a proud member of the Moot Court Board. She advocated in Vienna, Austria in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition, against 262 teams from around the world and placed in the top 32. Additionally, she worked for a large personal injury firm where she gained a passion for helping others as well as extensive investigative experience.
Upon graduation from law school, she was the recipient of the Stephanie Vaughan Excellence in Advocacy Award. This award is only given to one graduating student each year who embodies excellence in advocacy.
After earning her law degree, Karly worked as an insurance defense attorney representing many well-known insurance companies. She was trained how to defend against and minimize the recovery of injury victims and their treatment providers. After years of witnessing the gross inequities, she decided it was time to take what she had learned after working inside the insurance industry and use it to help injured parties seek justice. Being a former insurance defense attorney gives Karly an edge throughout representation because she understands what motivates insurance companies to settle claims and how to craft case strategy to obtain the best possible results for her clients.
Karly currently resides in Sarasota with her husband. She is dedicated to serving her hometown community and is a tireless advocate for her clients.
