Fry & Elder

We’re an Oklahoma law firm committed to excellent legal representation. Our team of trial lawyers focus on family law issues including divorce, child custody and child support, along with immigration law, criminal defense and personal injury law.

One of the primary reasons for the expansion is that in just seven years Fry & Elder has grown from two attorneys (2009) to its current roster of nine full-time practicing attorneys. Two of Fry & Elder’s newest trial lawyers include Lorena Rivas and Kirsten Bernhardt. Rivas has already established herself as one of the most knowledgeable and skilled Oklahoma immigration law attorneys, while Bernhard has excelled in both bench and jury trials. She once won a judgment in excess of $10 million from Coca-Cola. Katie Egan is another recent hire, who is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut in addition Oklahoma. Fry & Elder Oklahoma City lead attorney Allyson Dow is the third Fry & Elder trial lawyer in the past four years to be the Chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section, while Amy Page focuses much of her practice on child support and spent 17 years with the Department of Human Services before joining Fry & Elder in March of 2017. Melissa Fell focuses much of her practice on family law consultation and Oklahoma immigration law attorney Ruth Calvilllo rounds out Fry & Elder’s talented team of attorneys.
